PRODUCT PROCESSING:

Dynamic Extractions provides functional compounds for various applications from natural product sources using its proprietary technologies.

These products range from technical grade extracts to high purity target compounds for research, analytical and clinical applications.

The number of process stages involved in preparing these functional compounds depends upon the purity required and the application but are generally as follows:

Stage 1:

A series of primary extraction steps using solvents to prepare polar and non-polar concentrated fractions. All solvents used are high purity and meet current regulatory requirements for food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications

[For some target compounds this stage may utilise supercritical carbon dioxide (ScCO2) as the extracting medium and processed by an accredited partner organisation].

Stage 2:

An automated liquid/liquid separation process using our unique High-Performance Counter Current Chromatography (HPCCC) technology to fractionate the concentrated extracts into the individual target compounds.

Stage3:

The removal of process liquids to isolate the target compounds in either concentrated liquid form (depending upon customer requirements) or dried powder form.

Additional crystallization steps are used to obtain high purity products for finished product applications and analytical grade materials.

Purified bulk finished target compounds for clinical and other health care regulated applications, manufactured and finished to meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements are prepared in conjunction with a GMP licensed contract manufacturing organisation (CMO) as a separate specialised service.

There is a range of standard products available (see individual data sheets) and these are provided to different specifications according to the application and customer requirements from 1 gram to kilogram quantities

All products are supplied with a Certificate of Analysis: Other documentation or declarations for compliance and traceability purposes can be made available subject to the specification requirements and terms of supply.
